How does payment work?
- Choose a length and a coin. An invoice with an exact amount and a wallet address is created.
- Send exactly that amount from your wallet or exchange. For TON, XRP and XLM, include the comment or tag too.
- The invoice page finds your transaction by itself, usually within one to ten minutes.
- You get your key. If you started in the app, the app activates itself.

Why only crypto?
It works in every country, needs no bank account or personal forms, and we store nothing about you.
Which coin has the lowest fee?
TRX on TRON and Gram (TON) usually cost the least. SOL, XLM and XRP are also very cheap. Check your own exchange's withdrawal fee before sending.
What if my exchange takes its fee from the amount?
A small shortfall (about one and a half percent) is accepted. If more is missing, the invoice page shows the remaining amount so you can send it.
I paid after the 30 minutes. What now?
No problem. Payments are still found for up to two days. If yours is not, enter the transaction hash on the invoice page or open a ticket.
How many devices can I use?
One key works on three devices, for example a phone, a tablet and a computer. If you replace a device, ask support to remove the old one.
Can I get a refund?
If the plan does not work because of a problem on our side and we cannot fix it, we send the amount back in the same coin. Try the free version first to make sure the app suits you.
