V2Duo for Android, a V2Ray App That Combines Wi-Fi and Mobile Data

All of V2Duo in your pocket: Wi-Fi plus mobile data, several configs at once, QR scanning and DNS mode, on Android 7 and newer with no root.

The Android version was the first one we built, because that is where combining helps most: a phone always has two links within reach, Wi-Fi and mobile data, but Android normally uses only one.

Requirements

  • Android 7 (Nougat) or newer
  • No root
  • About 100 MB of free space

Installing

  1. Get the APK from the download page. The universal build installs on every phone.
  2. If Android asks, allow your browser or file manager to install unknown apps.
  3. If Play Protect warns you, tap "More details" and "Install anyway". It shows this for every app installed outside the store.
  4. On first connect, Android asks whether V2Duo may set up a VPN; confirm.

The home screen

Once connected, the home screen shows the total live speed and each link separately. Below that are your active configs and the state of each one on each link. The Speed lab and the automatic share balancing are right there too.

Wi-Fi and mobile data together

V2Duo asks Android to keep both networks active and binds each path directly to its own network. All you do is keep Wi-Fi and mobile data both on. Details, and a tip for some phones, are in the guide to combining connections.

Battery and memory

We take battery use seriously:

  • While the screen is off, V2Duo slows down stats and chart updates.
  • Memory is capped so it stays light even on older phones.
  • Config health checks run only every two minutes.

Keeping Wi-Fi and mobile data on together does use a little more battery. If battery matters more, use Backup mode so mobile data is only used when Wi-Fi fails.

Android's kill switch

Android has a built-in kill switch that is more reliable than any in-app one, because the system enforces it. In V2Duo's Settings, tap the kill switch button to jump to Android's VPN settings and turn on "Always-on VPN" and "Block connections without VPN" for V2Duo. Full steps in the kill switch guide.

Config sellers

The Sellers section lists config sellers that users rate. V2Duo does not sell configs and is not responsible for these sellers' services; the ratings help you find a better one.

Four languages

The app speaks Persian, English, Arabic and Turkish, and you can change its language in Settings separately from your phone's language.

Frequently asked questions

Why does Play Protect warn about it?

Because it is not installed from the store and it sets up a VPN. Only download from the official site and compare the SHA-256 checksum.

Does V2Duo run on Android TV?

It installs on most Android TV devices, but its interface is not designed for a remote control.

Where is my data stored?

Configs and settings stay encrypted on your phone. The app has no accounts and collects no personal data.

Can I exclude an app from the tunnel?

In the current version every app goes through the tunnel. For Iranian sites, turn on [opening local sites without config](~/features/local-sites-direct/).

Ready to try it?

V2Duo is free and takes a minute to install.
